1. Using the Marketplace

Triple Nova provides a marketplace where buyers can discover and purchase digital products and services offered by independent vendors. Each vendor is responsible for the products they list, including their accuracy, quality, and legality. Triple Nova provides the marketplace, payment, wallet, and delivery infrastructure that supports these transactions. Where automatic delivery is available, eligible purchases may be delivered to your account after successful payment.

2. Accounts and Wallets

Your Triple Nova account belongs to you, and you are responsible for keeping your login details and security information safe. If two-factor authentication is available on your account, you are responsible for keeping it secure as well. Wallet balances are tied to the account that holds them and cannot be transferred between users unless the transaction is supported by an approved refund, payout, or other platform feature.

3. Digital Products and Delivery

Triple Nova deals primarily in digital products, so delivery may happen electronically rather than through physical shipping. Depending on the product, access may be provided automatically after payment or through the delivery method specified by the vendor. Before purchasing, buyers should review the product description and available information carefully.

4. Replacements and Refunds

We understand that digital purchases can sometimes have problems. If a product is not delivered, does not work as described, is defective, or significantly differs from its listing, you can contact support and submit a ticket for review. If the issue is verified, the order may qualify for a replacement or wallet refund in accordance with the applicable policy.

Issues such as inactive account details, failed virtual numbers, or corrupted files should be reported within 24 hours of delivery whenever possible. This gives our support team the best opportunity to verify the issue and work toward a resolution.

5. Vendor Rules and Responsibilities

Vendors may only list products they are legally entitled to sell, distribute, or provide. Vendors are responsible for making sure their listings are accurate, complete, and not misleading. Products that violate Triple Nova policies, applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or the rights of other users may be removed. Accounts may also be restricted where serious or repeated violations occur.

6. Commissions and Payouts

A platform commission may be deducted from each completed vendor sale at the rate applicable to the vendor or transaction. Vendors can request withdrawals through the payout methods supported by Triple Nova, which may include Flutterwave, Paystack, and Squaco. Payouts are subject to applicable minimums, verification requirements, processing times, and any other conditions communicated by the platform.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews are an important part of the Triple Nova marketplace and should represent genuine experiences. Where verification is required, only customers with verified purchases may submit ratings or reviews. Reviews that are fake, manipulated, paid for, deliberately misleading, or submitted as retaliation may be removed. Users who repeatedly attempt to manipulate ratings or marketplace feedback may face account restrictions.

8. Responsible Use of Triple Nova

Every user is expected to use Triple Nova responsibly. Fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized access, chargeback abuse, automated scraping, attempts to interfere with the platform, or activities that put other users or vendors at risk are not permitted.

Where there is evidence of serious abuse or a significant violation of these terms, Triple Nova may limit, suspend, or terminate access to an account. Where appropriate, we may also take additional steps to protect the marketplace and its users.

9. Our Responsibility

Triple Nova provides the marketplace and its related services on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to applicable law. While we work to keep the platform available and functioning properly, we cannot guarantee that every service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Triple Nova's liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or limit a legal responsibility that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Updates to These Terms

As Triple Nova grows, our services, features, and policies may change. We may therefore update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to the platform, our services, or applicable requirements.

When important changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform or by another appropriate method where required. By continuing to use Triple Nova after updated terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms and Conditions.
